Fees & Rates

Hourly Rates: $30 - $40, billed to the nearest 10th of an hour. (As needed administration services).

Flat Rates: Flat rates will be determined based on project/assignment complexity. Flat rates will be used for longer term projects/assignments.

One Hour Consultation (Employment Relations & Administrative Specialties): $100 flat fee.

New Business Administrative Setup: $750

Registered Agent Services: $125 yearly fee.

Drafting: $150 - $300 based on complexity.

Mobile Notary: $150 - 5 mile radius, $250 - 10 mile radius, $350 - 15 mile radius, and $450 - 20 mile radius ​​
